Fitness BootCamps


 

 If your looking for a challenging but fun workout, this class is for you!!  The TRUE Sports Performance Boot Camp is designed to help you burn calories at a higher rate than an average cardio session.  Classes are never the same.  One day you could be working with the "Core Pole" or circuit training on hydraulic or free weight equipment, or even challenging yourself on the agility ladders.  Start or finish your day with great music and great workouts!!  Women and Co-ed classes available.
